SIZING
A sizing chart is provided on all apparel items. Unisex Shirts are used but if a specific style is needed/requested you will be provided with measurements to ensure you are aware of possible sizing differences. Price of Sizing is inclusive as well. ME Customs is not responsible for sizing issues due to failure to seek chart being provided to ensure proper steps are taken to make sure it fits.
PRODUCTION TIME
Please allow up to 14 business days on all products as they are handmade to order.  Your order will ship the following business day after the production time as ended. This does not include bulk orders. Times may vary and will be communicated via contact information given at time of purchase if any issues occur during production time.
SHIPPING
After the production has been complete, your order will ship the following business day with the respective carriers. Communication regarding your order will be received via email used at the time of purchase.
ME Customs will not be responsible for your item if it is lost, damaged, stolen, delayed after it has been scanned by the accepting delivery service. Mailing addresses are not confirmed by the owner.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the mailing address is accurate.  ME Customs will not be responsible for your item once it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. No refunds or replacements will be given unless a claim is filed via the protection plan.
